Irritating Mouse is a simple joke, totally free and not needing installation, that plays an annoying sound each time you move the mouse. After a very short time this will drive anyone mad with irritation. You can also change the noise from one annoying sound to another of your making (just change the .wav sound for another in .wav format).
To deactivate Irritating Mouse (and help the nerves of the poor sufferer) just move the cursor to the top left of the screen and keep it there until the program stops.
